After a night of looking back on old photos after cups of coffee in Steve's room, the good captain notices the hour is late, so he and his partner should probably get some sleep. Bucky asks if they'll be using his room, and that they do.
Tony finds them laughing and joking in the hall, Steve playfully carrying Bucky back to his room, and tries to point out one of the Tower's rules, but Bucky has an answer that soon shuts Tony up, then they go on their merry way.
After a few heated kisses, Steve makes it known he wants more, and since they hadn't gone past kissing and a few playful touches before, it was a huge step, since Bucky voices that he's been waiting since 1935 for Steve, and makes it known he's done waiting. Steve shows him a good time.
