“How was your day?”
“I didn’t take proper notes in class so I’m probably going to fall behind, and my laptop is falling apart, and the ice caps are melting, and someone broke into our house last night and I totally froze and I think that means I can’t be a proper superhero anymore you should just take my suit away,” Peter doesn’t say.
“Everything is gravy,” Peter does say, and he does a finger guns thing, which feels very cringe and, judging by Mr. Stark’s single raised eyebrow, also looks very cringe.
All right. All right. Peter promises himself. If he gets through the rest of this day without embarrassing himself, he will tell Mr. Stark about the burglar before heading home.
