Passive suicide ideation had been a thing on Peter’s mind for years. He couldn’t imagine being without it. The fact that some people didn’t have any suicide ideation was kind of insane to him. He didn’t want to die, he wasn’t going to kill himself, but the idea of it was just sort of… there. Just sitting off to the side, unassuming. Harmless. He didn’t want to die, but it was comforting to know that if he reached a point where life just became too much, he could simply stop living it. He was fully in control, and if he wanted to, truly wanted to, he could end his life and make everything stop. He didn’t want to though.
